Croissant Park Café was born from a simple belief: that the best mornings start with something made by hand. We opened our doors in 2018 on Southwest 17th Street with nothing but a stand mixer, a bag of French butter, and an obsession with perfect lamination.
Every croissant goes through 27 folds. Every loaf is hand-shaped. Our coffee is roasted locally, our jams are made in-house, and our espresso is pulled with the kind of care that makes regulars stop by before work just to say hello.
We're not a chain. We're not fast. We're a neighborhood bakery that happens to make some of the best pastries in Fort Lauderdale — and we're proud of it.
